Go, Go Greenspace

Greenspace is something we all want. You want plants in your office, you want green trees. Grass on your lawn. You want flowers and bouquets.

What is it that greenspace gives us? Warmth and sunlight and growth and hope. That's why we need it so. I don't think you appreciate that until you've been, perhaps, locked up inside a room while the rain falls all day. And then you come out and see the fresh grass and maybe a squirrel drinking from a mud puddle. Then you understand why we need it so much.

We need greenspace in our lives for its sheer poetry.
